  • Stopped by to order take out. The associate says you must order through their big monitors. I say, no thanks, I want to order at the register, with a live person. She insists that all orders has to be through monitors, unless cash. This is the policy of store manager Steve and district manager Beatriz. I hate being forced to use their new, stupid technology when there are 3 registers open. 1 star for forcing their customers to use technology to order when they don't want to. They probably have to have a certain percentage of their customers using the monitors to order for corporate to be happy.
