The receptionist has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen at any workplace, worst part is the owners encourage it. Getting my nails done I've heard her say, "people always say I should be nicer to people when they walk in. That's not my job. I just tell people where do go and when." Not your job? isn't that what a receptionist does?...greet people? If you walk-in or schedule appointment, doesn't matter same wait time. I only started scheduling appointments so I could pick a nail tech as far away from the reception area as possible, and also away from Jerry & Lin, the owners. I've seen them fight customers, or if customers ask a question about their service I've literally heard Lin say, "well maybe my english isn't good enough for you." ...come on... quality doesn't even cut it for me anymore. Last time I was here the wait was so long a bunch of teenage girls started opening the bottles up front and painting their own nails...unsanitary and I was disgusted. Considering reporting this place for a state board review because I just started noticing all the nasty stuff going down here. So disappointed how bad this place has gone down hill. Not going back, getting your nails done should be pampering and relaxing, not stressful and harassing.
