***THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AT ANY BUSINESS EVER ***
I have now received the absolute worst service TWICE, from one of the employees, Lancelot. He not only was extremely rude and combative but then he called me "stupid". I have never been so appalled by the service of a company or one of their representatives. I am a "preferred" member and travel for work about 3 weeks out of every month. I travel all over the US & Canada. At every other airport, I get in and my name is on the board with a spot listed where my rental is. On the occasion I have to go to the counter but the process is very smooth. The ONLY airport that I have had any issue at is Pearson. I have been to Pearson 6 times within the past year and a half & have been told I am not a preferred member or that my number is not in the system each time. I don't have this problem ANYWHERE ELSE. While trying to work through this twice with one of the representatives, Lancelot, he has been antagonistic and said that it was my fault that things went wrong (I do the exact same thing when booking Avis every single time!). He has raised his voice at me twice and then called me stupid this last time.
I left a message for his supervisor, Christine Comeau, but have yet to hear back. I work for a company that has a high volume of employees who travel and who travel through Pearson Airport. I will be sure to tell everyone I can that they should choose a different company to rent from when traveling there.
