I've never felt like my business mattered less to a company. Bag fees aside, I was forced to gate check my regulation size carry on despite ample bin space above my seat. Then they didn't put my (and five other passengers) bag on the outbound flight. No explanation or apology, just a promise that it would arrive at my address within 24 hours. They delivered it at 10am on a weekday to my front porch without even a phone call.
