The people you have working in electronics have a lot of customer satisfaction issues. They are arrogant and rude and they do not know how to treat or talk to customers. You had a new shipment of Ambiio's for instance. i asked the one employee what they had gotten in. He refused to tell me and asked what it was I wanted. I told him certain ones and he said no they had not gotten any of those. I asked him to put them out so I could take a look and he refused. He said if he put them out people would buy them! Isn't that the idea in a store, that they sell what they get delivered? I asked if I could look in the boxes they had hidden behind the electronics counter, again he refused. I did buy two i wanted, and this same employee rusehed over to look in the bag of the merchandise I had purchased ( another employee made the sale). I don't think this employee needs to work in your store!!! If the store manager (Chase) has any guts he will reply to this review personally, but he probably does not have the guts. The employee I refer to has a beard and in his late twenties.
