  • My appointment date ended up having to change a few times due to the artist being out of the country and a conflict with my own schedule. But they were very accommodating, though hard to get anyone to answer the phone/emails, but once I got a hold of someone they were always pleasant. When I came in for my tattoo they seemed to be a bit busy and possibly behind. We didn't get started until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The artist was extremely nice and thorough in explaining exactly what she was going to do, and what to expect afterwards. The vibe of the store was a bit too laid back at times, and a little uncomfortable due to the open concept. Overall, I think that it was a good experience, and I walked away happy with what I got.
