I bought my first luxury vehicle from Scottsdale Infiniti. It was the first time I bought a car completely going at it alone. So nerves were there. I thankfully was very prepared for the buying process: preapproval, kelly blue book etc. The sales process was good- no complaints. Very transparent, attentive etc. I especially want to call out two departments/people. The first is Courteney who is the finance manager. She rocks. Very nice, she was thorough in the details and concise with all the offers and what is available. She confirmed everything was approved and ready to go. I have heard nightmares of people not approved when they left and so I wanted to be sure even though I had approval before hand through my bank. They beat the rate. The second person is Eric in the service department. He handled my window tint, interior protection and floor may install. He provided the loaner. The car was ready on time. Very accommodating. The mats had to be ordered and there was a bit of a hiccup there due to other departments. It did take longer than expected. However, Eric took care of it and even though it's just a floor mat-- he didn't make me feel like it was something silly. Such great customer service that I am willing to drive the hour out of my way if it means he takes care of my car each time. Not all service guys are created equal and a few of those guys should do a little less tv watching and more client serving. I waited to do this survey since I wanted to make sure all the paperwork and additional items were completed. I can say with great satisfaction that Infiniti Scottsdale is a great place. Plus, my new ride is a lot of fun to drive!
