  • This is kinda late post but If i can give 0 stars i would. Brought my daughter in because she got sick here. We signed in and filled up all the paperwork. Secretary said it would be bout an hour. Well 3 hours later we noticed patients that came way after us were seen. Went up to the counter and asked what was going on why havent we been called. Lady said we were called but nobody responded... like wtf really we are sitting right infront of the window!!!! Stupid lazy ass people who cant even do their jobs right. Its super small and really stuffy in there thay you cant even breathe. We finally saw a doctor once i complained. All they did was take her bp and check her tongue. Said she was fine just a cold and will ware out in a week or so. We walked out like 3 mins after seeing the doctor. Seriously theres no dammn way its that fast. So i called my insurance and told them to not bill the facility because they didnt properly take care of us. Walked across the street to the urgent care at hospital and got seen in like 10 mins, well my kid had a UTI and was prescribed ANTIBIOTICS and got an IV for severe dehydration. Wonder why the facility has bad reviews, they dont know wth theyre doing... they should be shut down!! No wonder many patients just walked out while i was in there, didnt know cuz it was firat time going... and the LAST!! STUPID FAKE medical facility.
