  • After being let down a few times by T-Mobile's lack of coverage in some areas (Alaska, West Virginia, Montana, North Dakota) and sent to a roaming partner with a 200 MB per month cap, I've finally decided to make the switch to another carrier. Of course, that means that my account is closed and I can't get log into my T-Mobile account to get my final bill. So I popped into this store where the associate quickly got it and emailed it to me. Easy.
