  • After my first appointment I went back to Brian twice more. About a week before my third appointment Brian called asking it push it up a few days because he had taken a new position in San Diego and was moving the day after my new appointment. I agreed, and when I went in I asked to do just highlights and a trim, my second appointment was auburn with highlights and a trim. Brian was great, and we discussed how my debit card info had been stolen and my account drained. Luckily my boyfriend had given me the money to get my hair done. I (wrongly) assumed that a partial highlight and trim would be less than 2 colors with a trim. My previous appointment cost me about $60 less than this one did. That's right, highlights and a quick trim was $160. While it was partially my fault for not confirming the price when they confirmed the appointment, I fail to see how less time, work and product is equal to more money. When I was leaving Brian was nice enough to refer another stylist to me, saying she specializes in color. I didn't go back. I am again on the search for a stylist who specializes in waves and curls...
