  • When I picked up the car was smelling like cigarette and he was completely dirty inside and outside. Unfortunately that was the only car available when I rented. I came back in he was hair from my pet, and they tried to charge me $75 cleaning fee. It's a shame because I rent cars from this specific location five or seven times a year so I'm taking my business elsewhere!
