My husband and I came here for a concert, it was a surprise from him! The tickets he bought online were in the first few rows of the stage. When we got there, it wasn't entirely what he expected. Since Hershey Center is an ice rink, they put wood on the ice and that basically are the "best" seats you can get. It's not that bad, but one doesn't expect that when you buy the "best" tickets. It gets a bit chilly, since the ice below, so bringing a shawl or jacket would be a good idea. The way the seats are set-up sucks because they are all at one level and if someone tall sits in front of you, then good luck catching the show. For the money you spend on getting those "best" tickets, you really leave wishing you didn't spend that much and got the side seats instead.
The food stalls don't have much either to offer. The washrooms are just okay. I wouldn't really go back to this venue for any occasion unless it was free.
Aside from the seating arrangement, the concert itself was absolutely AMAZING! And we would go back there, depending on the singer.
