rev:text	Terrible experience. Although my dog often took far longer than I was told, and the cut was often not what I asked for, I continued to be a loyal customer and took my poodle here every 4-6 weeks. The price was the same every time, until one day my husband dropped her off and confirmed the price. I was shocked when I went to pick her up and they told me it would be $15 more than usual and more than my husband was told. When I asked what changed they said I had always been undercharged and this was the new price. When I explained it didn't seem fair to increase the rate when I picked her up from what I was told when I dropped her off earlier in the day the staff was incredibly rude and only eventually conceded to let me pay the price I had been told. I will not go back and suggest everyone avoid this groomer. When I dropped in at another groomer (Timmie's on Queen) I was quoted a price $40 cheaper than I had been paying at Spaw for over a year so I suggest trying there!
