  • I was initially very happy with the excellent customer service. I had (and still continue to have) problems with sproutlings from a Sumac tree that was cut down several years ago. Sproutlings started popping up all throughout my landscaped backyard (within the grass, the rocks and even competing with some of my plants). Weed and Feed was at my house promptly. They said this might continue to be a problem but really didn't offer any solutions. They went ahead and sprayed some type of herbicide and left. 90 bucks and a few months later, the root suckers started re-sprouting. It's been over a year or two now and I'm still having problems, making my backyard situation a nightmare. I wish Custom Weed and Spray could have at least offered further advice or even ongoing maintenance solutions.
