It is conveniently located and depending on what you need you can be in and out.
It seems like some of their computer software may be outdated and make it tough on employees to go backward in a transaction. I have often stood at the counter pressing through a transaction only to have to start over because of some circumstance or another (example: adding an e-mail address to track a package before the transaction was complete... we had to start over.)
Another issue is that it seems employees are coached to not help customers at all with self-service equipment. Three employees were sitting around and I was clearly confused by a paper cutter I've never used. No employee got up to show me how to use it. I ended up slicing on the wrong line and had to have my documents reprinted. Frustrating.
