  • Bait & Switch... part two. Will be reporting to the BBB. They have a "We Price Match" policy on their service website, but the way they get out of it is the "other restrictions may apply" disclaimer. I brought our van in there on Sat and the older guy in the middle computer, to the left of the woman (they have assigned areas) said that the oil change coupon from Flow Honda only stated Honda Genuine Synthetic Blend Oil (which is the 0W-20) and that was not specific enough. He went on to tell me that my car took a full synthetic oil and that was much more expensive. I asked if he wanted to see my receipt from my last oil change with the same price and they said no, that they would not honor it because it was too much off their regular price, which is $10 more than Flow's regular price (20% more). I should not have gone back after my last experience but I thought the Service Dept would be a better experience than Sales. I already blasted an email throughout my company, who employs thousands in the area, for employees to AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
