  • I've heard nothing but good things about Echo & Rig. It was very good. I wish I had gone for dinner, not lunch, and that I wasn't concerned about eating light. I would've liked to have a steak. I had the onion soup (well, pumpkin soup but really onion). It was fantastic. Caesar salad was very good, but it's just a Caesar salad. The octopus small plate was disappointing. It was fine, but I love good octopus and it was a little on the chewy side. It was fine, just not great.
