  • Since my beloved jewelers are out of state, I turned to my fellow yelpers for guidance. After all the great reviews, I took some jewelry to be repaired at Burland. I don't recall the name of the lady that was helping me but I don't understand the great customer service that the other reviews are talking about. The jeweler wasn't there. I didn't get any pricing. I was told it was going to take a week and I have to leave my jewelry there to replace some lost stones. Maybe they'd treat you better if you bought your rings there and/or is a regular but she made sure that I'd never become one.
