  • I walked in and everyone greeted me. I felt at home immediately. I had no idea which frames to choose from or which frames fit my face shape. Luckily, Jay swooped in and saved me from frustration and rage quitting. Jay literally picked frame, after frame, after frame until we both agreed on 3 styles that complimented my face shape. I told Jay that I was moving to Florida in 2 weeks and she made sure I got my eye exam and prescription glasses on time. This was the easiest, smoothest, most stress free, and welcoming experience ever. Jay showed me on paper the different prices the glasses and exam would be for the Groupon price, my insurance price, and the special they were having on the different frames. She saved me time and money. Thank you again Jay! If I'm back in Vegas next year, I'm definitely coming back to see you.
