  • I would never go back here. The old man behind the counter was rude. He asked me for id and a card. I told him I just need a $19.95 for a day, didn't get any explanation of milage. Only to make sure to have the van returned on full gas. The next day I return the van the rude old man calls me trying to charge me $87, how the hell does it go from $19.95 to $87. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up on me! I called back but he wouldn't answer my call. I had called the main u haul to file a complaint. I don't appreciate someone trying to take advantage of me because I'm young and never rented a u-haul before. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVER CHARGE BY A CROOKED COMPANY!
