Worst service at a dealership I've ever had. And "Adam in Service" is an absolute displease. I purchased my first car here; a Certified Pre Own IOS six years ago.
Immediately figured out the car had been wrecked when we had the first of many mechanical issues although dealer denied when ask.
Now 6 years later: new engine, new transmission, new electrical system, new ABS brake system, new manifold ..... just to list the major repairs.
The roof was stuck again last week ..... have lost count on how many times this issue has been repaired.
Mark Cohen, GM and Partner of the dealership claims no responsibility but did offer $75 on my current $1200 bill to get the ignition switch to work and roof to close.
Now $40,000 + invested in the car that we question is safe to be on the road.
The dealers advice was to close the roof and sell the car.
Volkswagen Corp Customer Care involved in every step ended up being of no assistance.
Don't make the same mistake we did; stay away from Volkswagen, and even more so a dealer and owner who misrepresents and doesn't back their product.
