  • I went to Glo medspa as a very nervous first time Botox recipient. I've always had a gummy smile and dimpled chin when smiling, and a friend told me Botox could help. My appointment started about 15 minutes late, but I wasn't in a hurry. Charles' friendly laid-back demeanor did a lot to set me at ease, and he was able to answer all my questions and set my fears to rest. He explained the injection process and even made me laugh a couple times with corny jokes. :) He used a small vibrating device when doing the injections, which helped it hurt a lot less! It's been about 5 days since my treatment and I can already see and feel the results, and I'm loving it so far! For an issue that has been ongoing my whole life that I've been self conscious about, it's amazing that such a simple fix works. His rates were great as well, and I he has gained a loyal client. Thank you Charles!!
