  • I called to see if they could replace a SEALED watch battery for my Concord 14kt gold watch. The answer was yes. I then asked if the person was an experienced watch repair person. They said - "well he can replace watch batteries". I asked - " will it be sealed after he replaces the battery?". I was told "you mean will it be waterproof afterwards?" I replied yes! And, she said no!!!!!!!!!! They were willing to take a battery out of a sealed and water resistant all gold watch, replace it with a new battery and leaving it vulnerable AND CHARGE ME FOR IT??????? And, had I not asked beforehand, they would not have told me. This Jeweler has NEVER had any scruples. STAY AWAY! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
