  • I think the place (Tuscany) is largely overrated. The food quality is fair, and / or decent. The service is respectable, but it better be at those prices. However, the service is nothing to write home about. The positioning of this restaurant appears to put an "image" in the mind of patrons / guests that it "must be good" since it is located in an affluent area. The exterior is marginally pleasing to the eye, and the interior could use some improvements (lighting, choice of music, staff presence and attitude upon welcoming, etc.) I have found the staff to be fairly pleasant, but the same cannot be said for the management team - in the least. Instead of a "welcoming" feeling, it seems as though guests are "expected" to praise this place simply upon entering. The interior is pleasant (I guess), but not short of its flaws either. Simply put, there are nearly twenty (20) Italian restaurants / dining establishments that I would choose before even thinking about visiting "Tuscany". Simply put....The place is truly overpriced and vastly overrated.
