  • Liv Avenida has lost its value and the company's reputation has gone downhill significantly, especially since the new manager and maintenance crew came aboard. It is quite apparent that all IPA Management, LLC cares about is filling the vacancies. The new manger makes her own rules and as long as the vacancies are filled, she will always be employed, regardless as to how she mistreats residents, prospective residents and Liv employees. She is without a doubt, arrogant, demeaning and impolite. To avoid retaliation from the manager, I will not give specific details until my lease has expired and I move out. I will surely provide specifics at that time.
