  • I was a huge fan of Mabels until I bought a cake from this new location. I went for the chocolate buttercream cake which looked beautiful. Well after raving to everyone at the party how Mabels cakes and pies are divine, we sliced the cake and it was DRY. And flavourless. I've had better cake from a grocery store. No one finished their cake. Not only was I embarrassed for boasting about Mabel's, I was not happy that I wasted time and money on this waste of a cake, and our dessert for the celebration was ruined.
