  • I had an appointment scheduled weeks ahead. When the day finally arrived, I drove to my appointment to find a sign on the door that stated the office was closed. No one had called to cancel my appointment, so I left work early and drove there for nothing. I left a voice message asking if someone could please contact me back to reschedule my appointment, as well informing the office that I had shown up to my appointment. No one ever called me back to reschedule, or to apologize for wasting my time and leaving me without services.
