1st time experience was ok but felt like taken advantage of. I felt the customer service was there till it was installed. one guy was chewing in the shop. had to come back out to service lift because locks weren't releasing. I was told by steve to stick a screw driver in the lock release and I should be fine. called again today was passed around back to steve and told him one side was lowering more the other and told me to adjust it myself but tried explaining to me over the phone and couldn't remember what part was supposed to be adjusted. worst customer service ever. I would try stevens equipment much better service there. they charged me almost 700 for the installation and 3% for using my card. if your going to offer credit cards as acceptable form of payment then eat the fees. I do at Albert's Garage in mesa az, general automotive repair. fees should be passed on and the job should be done right!!
