I lived in 2 different apartments here. The first was upstairs and an adjacent apartment left the water running. My garage was sprinkling from the ceiling the next day, unbeknownst to me until I smelled water. All of my belongings in garage were water damaged and had to be thrown out. People arrived in Hasmat suits to clean it. I demanded a new apartment due to mold. They agreed to move me to another apartment with old carpeting but there was no compensation for my belongings or the cost of moving. Then, my rent was increased significantly at the end of the next two leases. My car was backed into and damaged. They took no responsibility. I gave my 60 day notice and cleaned the whole apartment. The carpet had a few torn up areas but other than that, it looked great. Not only did they keep all of my $685 deposit but charged me $49.50 MORE to cover the carpet. Although I liked the apartment, I feel like I got nothing but screwed from paying early every month, not causing disruptions and being a stellar tenant. I would highly recommend NOT moving here. The crime rate increased dramatically in the 3 years I lived there according to Alert ID, an app triangulated to your location. There was a drowning in the hot tub and the police were there quite often.
