  • I expected more from a company hooked up with Costco. I am a Costco employee and needed a new AC unit so naturally I went with someone out of Costco. What was to be a 1 day job turned into 3 and then the thermostat won't work properly with the phone app so it's not turning the AC down at night when it's suppose to and twice it turned the heat on when it was 104 degrees outside. They left saw dust and debris in the air vents and left open holes in my insulation where they installed new ventilation. Then where they removed my old furnace they loosened the flu pipe and it leaked water into my kitchen. The tech they keep sending out can't answer any questions you ask and when you call to speak to someone in particular they are busy. On top of that you have to sit around and wait 5 hours for. Technician to show up every time there is a problem. Just what I want to do on my day off! Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
