  • Staff was wonderful, but the room was awful. We had a smoking room, which I was unaware of until we checked in, and no other rooms were available. Of course, the room REEKED. I know it's a smoking room, but I have never smelled something that bad (and I have asthma on top of everything). The curtains were stained yellow, the floor and walls were dirty, and the room was extremely small for the price (half the size of a normal hotel room). Wifi was horrible, as it always cut out and did not reach into the room. The worst of it all was we found cockroaches and other bugs (no idea what kind) in our room. It was the last night we were staying there and it was already 2 am so I let it go for the night. I sent them an email the next day telling them everything about the room and got no answer. I tried emailing again, and still no answer. Clearly management does not care about future stays, as I will not return. UPDATE: I never received a response from my multiple emails. I'm extremely disappointed, as an apology would be the least they could do. I will never recommend.
