USE A DIFFERENT LOCATION! Horrible customer service at the N Gilbert location. Patricia will speak to you as if you did not attend elementary school. Then Gladys will back her up. This is not an isolated incident. I am a customer spending my money in your store, not a nuisance as I am frequently treated. I love using Dunn Edwards paint, I just would recommend a different retail location. I have always been treated with respect at all other locations. Maybe you should add a customer service class to the employee requirements, just a thought.
Dunn Edwards brand can get customers in the store but great employees will keep them coming back to your location.
