  • BEWARE THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE, WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS LIKE WE DID THERE IS NO HELP TO REMEDY THE SITUATION, WHERE AS WITH A REAL VERIZON RETAILER THEY ARE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL...Truly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, wish Verizon would stop associating with these people, very unprofessional, often had blaring vulgar rap music playing throughout the store. My wife and I went to get a phone upgrade and we're offered a tablet for "free" minus a monthly payment, we figured that part out but the sales associate offered us 2 other promotions (combined $300 value) to Please take the tablet we did not want, so after doing the math it seemed worth it! Well surprise after going through the proper channels to redeem promotions we were unable to for "technical reasons" and for months we negotiated and emailed with different customer service reps to get answers (this really should have been the stores/Sales associates job) finally after months and 4-5 store visits (during which store visits we mention the promotion in question and they all seem confused???) to get SIMPLY what we were promised (we would see the original associate who sold us the phone and he would avoid us like the plague and let others deal with us) we end up back at the store speaking to the store assistant manager (Patrick) and his boss (store manager) Patrick brings his boss up to speed as to the situation even saying we: "went through all the proper channels to remedy the situation possible what can we do for him" and the store manager simply shrugs his shoulders and says it's not OUR problem there's nothing we can so...so in the end 6 months later we are still being shorted $300 which we were promised in promotions we applied for in an appropriate timely manner and never received, and no one can seem to tell us why? Though they were a part of our decision signing the contract. The help we received was 0 from these people, they would usually just dial a number for us in store and let us do all the work as they play on their phones. Joke of a business and please beware of this store go to a REAL VERIZON STORE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT, VERIZON WAS VERY HELPFUL THIS IS A SUB COMPANY WITH NO ONE TO CONTACT IN TIMES LIKE THIS, WE TRIED THEIR CORPORATE AND TOLD US TO GO TO THE STORE TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS LIKE THESE!
