  • Appliance specialist EARL COLEMAN takes customer service to an entirely epic level. He made the difference in where I purchased my GE refrigerator. I could have purchased closer to my home, but make the 2 hour drive to go back to his store, to ensure quality service. I would never buy another GE however . . . it has broken 2X in 9 weeks since new, and their customer service rep "Amononicia" was the worst! Buy any brand but GE folks! AND, talk to Earl first.
