| - MINUS STAR....This place was recommended for pool service and repair by someone I trusted but they had only used them for landscape service
I am very knowledgeable about pools and have serviced my own for 6 years but I just got a full time job and needed some help.
$90 a month seemed a little steep but I gave them a try.....I have been battling algae and low chlorine all summer.
Wouldn't you think a professional pool company would have some solutions? Not Moar, the guy didn't do anything because my pool is still green...now its dirty, and full of leaves after a windstorm....here I am cleaning the pool, again. My green pool and paying them.
Then, if that isn't't bad enough, I hire them to fix my low waterfall pressure and stationary vacuum. I get a call today, that it is fixed, with no invoice, no explanation, no business card. I get a call that it's fixed to the tune of $150.00.
They don't let me pay a bill , which would be better after see it is fixed. NO..... THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD , TO DEBIT STUFF , WHICH IS NOT A GOOD POLICY, WHEN YOU LIE TO YOUR CLIENT THAT "ITS FIXED" WHEN IT ISN'T!!!
I am so sick of half-assed businesses , in Arizona, charging big Beverly Hills bucks, for shoddy Arizona service. I put in a call to some guy who answered the phone, he was snippy as hell, telling me, " I got your notes"?????
Why would you say its fixed when it isn't?? The pressure or, PSI in the tank is 14, should be about 20. Guess what?? It's still 14. Again, you can't fix it, give it up, don't charge me...you should know repairs better than that !! It's not brain science if you are in the biz!!!
I want all my money refunded for telling me it's fixed, when it isn't. I want the pool service money refunded because my pool's still green.
Tomorrow we shall see... and I am done!
