The good part: 1) Ryan, the sales person, knows everything about the Mazda we bought. 2) Initially, the sales pressure is not too bad.
The bad part: 1) Things that were said were included on every car, we later found out we had to pay for them. 2) Items we asked to be included, paint maintenance program, were removed without telling us to get the price down. 3) The amount of our trade-in loan was reduced without telling us. It was correct, but they said they were able to reduce the price of car. 4) The 1 year app service for locking/unlocking the car and starting the car after purchase we were told it doesn't work. 5) We did not receive rear floor mats in the car. 6) The new car had scratches on the front bumper. The new car are sold "as-is", so they won't help on anything.
