  • After several years of great service, they lost a super bug dude. Alvin left and the service was spotty at best. Had several other folks show up over the following months and always forgot keys for bug/traps or chemicals. Spoke to front desk and no one would contact me about issues we had so after 6+ years I pulled the plug and no one seemed to care. No follow-up.
