  • I was looking forward to having this salon as a regular location for mani/pedi since it was so close to my job but after today I will never come back. I got There at 6:15pm today and they told me 15 min for a gel manicure. After 30 min went by they said just a few min as they wanted to get another lady started with her pedi. So I was like ok I will wait. Another girl who left and came back while I was there asked how much longer and they said few minutes. One last lady walked in and asked for an eyebrow wax. The LH rep said let her get the wax lady since it would only take a few min. I am thinking I am next so I was like ok 5 more min. Next thing u know the girl who left said well you told me to come back at 7 and they took her next...When I tell you I almost lost it. Instead I took my 60 min of waiting behind to the new My Nail Bar and got in within 5 min and was out in 30 min. LH Nails -- you all lost what would have been a repeat customer. Work on time management and ensuring you are being fair to all clients if you want to be successful.
