  • Okay, I love this Aspen Dental but I absolutely HATED the oral surgeons that took my 4 wisdom teeth out. I have to admit I have a small mouth so navigating multiple tools around in there might be kinda hard, but showing that frustration and yelling at your assistant in front of me is just bad 'bedside' manner. Their frustration forced me into a panic attack that lasted about 10 horrifying minutes. Yes, I was awake for all 4 of the teeth being removed since they said they *couldn't* put me under so they numbed me up with gel and some shots in the gums but because things were taking so long I had to be re-numbed by the 3rd tooth. At one point the surgeon and assistant had my head pushed all the way to the side of the chair and it felt like they were going to put their feet on my face to pry my mouth open wider. The assistant sprayed water on my face and down my back, and I just felt like I was being man handled in order to get the job done. I'm traumatized. . . I was crying and just ready to get out of there. I'll get my teeth cleaned here, but no more surgery or big procedures. . .I won't chance another encounter like that.
