  • I wish I had gone to the shop I typically do but I was pushed for time & figured I'd give this company a try.....never again. Aside from offering me a drink, the staff was somewhat unfriendly (there was 1 friendly upbeat worker there).They seemed upset that I wanted SNS (which I already had & had called ahead of time to make sure they did).The girl that did my nails would not follow the SNS procedure I am used to & proceeded to "file the polish off". I kept asking her why wasn't she doing what I wanted & she began to slam the powders/polish down & speak in native language but then told me i didn't need what i was asking for.Once she completed it "her way", she sent me to the booth for my toes to be polished and as I sat there I noticed that on one of my hands, the finish was VERY bumpy/lumpy so i pointed it back out to her which at this point she wouldn't even talk to me, let alone look at me. I also asked her how long would my nails last since she didn't do what was "my norm", she said "same time". Well typically I can get at least 3wks out of SNS but sadly 1.5wks in, my nails look terrible. I also got the impression that she was either new or inexperienced with SNS due to her co-workers walking by "observing". To pay what they charge, there is no reason to leave unsatisfied. This was the first time ever getting my nails done & leaving unsatisfied.
