  • Appointment was scheduled for window glazing three weeks in advance. Husband took the day off of work and burned vacation time to meet with the contractor. GlassDoctor never showed up, they never called and when he tried to call--THREE TIMES--leaving messages with dispatch EACH TIME, they never returned his calls. Figuring that we would give them one last chance to show up and do the work the following day, they likewise never showed up. When we called to ask them why, they said they wanted to come out the following Friday--nearly 5 days later--to complete the job. Needless to say, we fired them and will find someone else to do the work. Do not use this company. WORST EVER. 1 star is far, far too generous!!!
