  • This pharmacy is extremely difficult to use. They could not fill my rx and my prescriber had to phone them 3 times before someone finally got the message. The staff was not knowledgeable and did not know where to direct me for help to get my order completed. They estimated a 45 min wait and then called 30 mins later asking what medication my dr was calling in for me because they forgot. That made me really uneasy because I did not know the name of the new medication and was shocked that I could just name a drug! When I returned to pick up my rx I waited for 35 minutes in the drive through. It still wasn't ready and no one could answer my questions. The people in line behind me gave up and left very upset. I will never use this Walgreens pharmacy again. It will be much quicker to go out of the way to any other location.
