  • DO NOT GO HERE!! I stopped by here on 1/21/17, asking about a replacement roller for my Bissell Powerforce. Rick told me he would call me on Monday and let me know what it would cost. Never heard from him. On 2/4/17 I stopped by again. Took Rick awhile to find my paperwork then he advised me it didn't come in yet. I told him I was just looking for a price. He told me it would be $27.99. I said to go ahead and order it. Rick said about a week to come in. I called on 2/17/17. After being on hold for 12 minutes Rick said it still did not come in, but he would call me on 2/20/17 to let me know where it is. On 2/22/17 Rick called that it finally came in! On 2/24/17 my dad stopped in to pick up the roller but was told the price went up to $47.99!! He called me, and I called the store and all I was told is "Yeah, the price went up." This is horrible customer service and I will not be back nor recommend to anyone!! How does the price change from the day it's ordered to the day it arrives and yet no one bothers to tell the customer?!?! Stay away from here!!!!
