Service was terrible. Horrible.
I spoke to the manager about it at the time and he was unwilling to do anything for us, explaining that "the person was new and it was a busy day."
then I yelped it, and the manager or owner (like on several reviews here) wrote to me assuring they'll make things "right" if I'll remove my Yelp review.
I did so. That was four months ago. We tried again, but were treated about the same.
I wish I hadn't taken down my original posting, but I do have the letter here on Yelp, that was written by Brio, saying if I'd take it down, they'd make things right. :(
