| - Disclaimer: Not a regular divey bar kind of girl....but had to throw in my two cents for those who prob. have similar taste as me.
I guess I can't fully judge this place b/c I'm not a huuge fan of such dives and I'll probably hurt the feelings of all the Yucca faithfuls.
Live, often local bands frequent here, and again, cant judge b/c they're not my scene. I do have to say I enjoyed the non-headliner band headed by a female (wow, I'm a bad yelper, cant remember their name).
The one cool thing about this bar is that everyone seems to be doin their own thing. No one is tryin to hit on you, theyre just there to listen to their bands and have a drink or play shuffleboard. (k, am i really that sheltered, but howwww frequently do you see a bar serve their beer in can form?)
Won't go into detail, but pretty sure one too many shady things were goin down in the parkin lot.......us Mill and S-dale girls were a lil scared to enter after hangin in the lot for a mere 3 secs.
Beer on tap is about $4.5 (oooh might I mention my cup seemed a lil stinky, but thats the cleanfreak in me).
Fun to try once, probably wont ever see me there again. If I wanna do Tempe dive, I'd rather hit up the Vine on Apache and Rural......
