Update: 2/21/18. From 3 stars to 2.
I was able to finally order a new trash can. The same week you switched to the new service and provided one trash can and one recycle trash can. I scheduled for a pickup Monday 2-19-18 for the trash can I ordered because I now have two large trash cans in my garage. Well it was windy that day and I called. I was told they would knock on my door for pickup because of the wind. I have surveillance video of the lack of contact. I called that day and was scheduled for pickup 2-20-18. Guess what no pickup.
I called today and was told no they don't do that. I was also told they don't contact homeowners for requests like this. I feel that this is lazy and lack of common sense. I'm not going to leave my empty trash can outside on a windy day (gusts over 40mph and higher) and have it down the street so instead of taking 30 seconds to knock he would spend 5 minutes hunting down the trash can (doubt he would even do that) then i would get a notice the cans not there for pick up. now I have to wait until the following Monday.....
I told the lady that sounds like the person is lazy and I got a response of "well if that's how you feel." No that's how your employee is LAZY! Let's see how they pick up my trash and recyclables may go to 1 star may go to 3....
The employees who pick up my trash are awesome......but when I requested a provided trash bin over 6 months ago explaining I want one because I'm tired of replacing my own damaged ones......not one response and here I am almost a year and no provided republic service trash bin. I may change this to 5 stars if I get better customer service
