  • Before we even get to the dreadful and slow service let me point out that the parking lot is like driving on the craters of the moon. Whoever heard of pot holes in the drive-thru lane? Consistently cold food. They're always out of something. As a diabetic I order Diet Coke. Too often they give me a regular Coke then don't apologize when I point out to them the damage they can potentially do via this mistake. Many say, "What do you expect, it's McDonalds." What I expect is food served fresh and hot and fast.
