  • If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was highly dissatisfied on how the sales AND finance guy were not willing to do whatever they can to help you out. All they care about is lining their pockets with the most money they can get out of the deal. Horrible way to "help" people get what they are there for. I had a solid approval from another dealership but decided I did not want their truck. Came to Sands Chevy to buy the truck I really wanted which was 1 year older with 1,000 miles more and $3,000 cheaper then the one I got approved on. Turned out to be more a month AND a higher interest rate..to me that made no sense...how can I get approved for MORE financed at a low interest rate BUT here I got a high monthly payment and interest rate on a CHEAPER truck. Again this truck is only 1 year older then the other one with only 1,000 miles more PLUS they wanted $1000 down. I did not put anything down on the other truck that I got an approval for. (Side note the trucks I am talking about are both the same make and model)Yet the sales AND finance guy came at me with an offer were the numbers did not add up. I pointed that out to him saying the numbers do not make sense and I tried to tell him how they should look and he stated this is all we can do and that was it. His first offer was hot shit and when I called him out he turned me away. I was there ready to sign the papers to buy this truck but when they pulled the bullshit they did. I do not care to ever do business with them. I left peeved and highly disappointing. They are sketchy and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!
