  • Worst customer service at the jewelry/watch counter I've ever experienced. Girl was absolutely no help. She wanted to direct me to a kiosk in the mall to fix my MK watch. But she didn't even know the name or where the this kiosk was located. I bought my watch from this store specifically because I was told their customer service was superior when it came to their merchandise and so I would not have to get anything repaired or replaced at a rinky-dink kiosk in the mall. I will not be returning.
