| - I have endured less than stellar service from them over the years but today was just, wow. I went to get extensions and for some reason, they expect a blind buy without at least feeling the texture (mind you, they are supposed to display a tester so people can feel the hair to get an idea). The girl grudgingly opened the tape for me to feel the first one and was already getting argumentative about me feeling a few other brands. She stopped dead and asked me if I had any intention of purchasing any product. I was stunned. So basically, unless there is guarantee of purchase, I do not deserve basic respect and service?
When I pointed out that it was not ok to ask me that, she full on started arguing with me, going on about how she tore a package and telling me she is over it. So peeling off a dollarama tape is tearing a package now? And if so, how does that justify being disgustingly rude? Now, mind you, my debit card was pulled out ready to pay and I had to stop myself amidst her tantrum, take a step back and leave the store. Like, why am I about to support this business? All this while, her superior just stood in the corner watching silently like a scene from a horror movie. Just, wow!
